How to log in (desktop)

  1. Open the GGPoker desktop client (Windows/macOS).
  2. Enter your registered email/username.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. If enabled, complete 2FA (two-factor authentication).
  5. Click Log In.

How to log in (mobile)

  1. Open the GGPoker app (Android/iOS).
  2. Sign in with the same account you use on desktop.
  3. Optional: enable biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint) after your first successful sign-in.

Forgot password: reset steps

  1. On the login screen, choose Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email address you used when registering.
  3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link.
  4. Create a new strong password (unique, 12+ chars recommended).
  5. Log in again and update security settings.

Common login problems (and what to do)

1) “Wrong password” or account locked

  • Wait 20–30 minutes, then try again.
  • Use password reset if you’re not sure.
  • Avoid repeated attempts—this can extend the lockout.

2) Region restriction message

  • Availability depends on local regulation.
  • Check if you’re using VPN/proxy—some jurisdictions prohibit it.
  • If you recently moved, support can clarify your account status.

3) App won’t start / black screen

  • Update the app to the latest version.
  • On desktop: update graphics drivers; try running as admin.
  • Clear cache (mobile) or reinstall (desktop).
  • Temporarily disable aggressive antivirus rules if it blocks the client.

4) Connection error

  • Try another network (Wi‑Fi ↔ mobile data).
  • Check firewall rules on desktop.
  • Restart router; avoid unstable public Wi‑Fi for real-money play.

Account security checklist

  • Use a unique password (password manager helps).
  • Enable 2FA if your region supports it.
  • Don’t share devices or save passwords on public computers.
  • Download only from official sources to avoid malware.

After you log in

Once signed in you can:

  • Join cash games (Hold’em, Omaha) and fast formats.
  • Register for tournaments and satellites.
